It is with my greatest pleasure to recommend Madison Bardsley for a Registered Nurse
Position. I have had the pleasure of working and supervising Madison during her time as a
Patient Care Technician in the Medical/Surgical/Nuero ICU at Northwest Medical Center in
Tucson, Arizona. Madison has shown the ability to establish an excellent rapport with many of
the healthcare members within the unit/hospital including nurses, physicians and other staff
members. Madison has a genuine interest in caring and helping others thru excellent patient
care.
Madisons skillful knowledge and the ability to think quickly on her feet make her an
absolute asset during critical/high stress situations that can arise quickly. Her expertise within
the Intensive Care Unit has allowed her the ability to handle a high volume of work, which is
crucial in the clinical setting. She is very well organized being able to work part time in the ICU
along with being a full time student and possessing a remarkable GPA. Over the time of
working with Madison she has shown to be tremendously competent and is able to work with
well within an interdisciplinary team.
I strongly suggest making Madison a member of your healthcare team. Her compassion,
knowledge and skill set go above and beyond that of a new graduate nurse. I wish her the
