Dear Hon. Tan:
Greetings of peace and joy!
Realizing the philosophy of your good office as a partner in the promotion of
pro-children activities, we would like to tap your generosity to be a sponsor
of Calauag East District, Search for Mr. and Ms. Christmas Universe 2015 on
December 15, 2015.
We are in need of tarpaulins which will display all the candidates of each
school comprised by the school district. Attached herewith is the
layout/design of the said tarpaulin, it is with your discretion what size would
it be, for it will be placed in a strategic area where everyone would be able to
see it. We would also like to invite you to personally witness and partake in
this big event. Your presence is very much appreciated.
In the pursuit of our goals and aspirations, we have prepared activities to be
shared with all the stakeholders of the District. These activities reflect our
objectives of realizing the importance of the development of developing
camaraderie, friendship and unity among our school district.
We are looking forward to seeing the said tarpaulin at least on or before the
