Mr. Percival noted almost 65% of the respondents had lived in Xenia for 20 years or more,
which indicates our population is stable and there is some buy-in because the folks have been a
part of this community for a long time.

+ 62.5%: “Community with convenient access to employment, dining, and shopping”
