The survey also states, “The remaining respondents were equally split between reducing the level of services to preserve the current tax rate (22.4 percent) and enhancing the current level of service (22.7 percent).” The majority of the folks are saying, ‘even if you have to raise taxes to keep the level of services stable, then raise taxes’.
