The Xenia Gazette did not run an article nor did the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce have anything on their website about the store, Did the city’s website have anything about Homemade Uniques? Role of Survey Research: Respondents were asked if they believe the city should conduct regular surveys to assess the quality of customer service, citizen perception on community issues, and to identify citizen needs and desires with respect to service delivery; 89.3% of respondents indicated that similar surveys should be conducted in the future. *+ A like percentage (89.3%) indicated that surveys such as this one should be used to help identify Council priorities and as a guide for future resource allocations.
