We will be having a dinner for the panelists on Wednesday, May 30, at 7 PH to which you are cordially invited, I hopé that your schedule will permit you to attend. The dinner will be held at the University of Pennsylvania Faculty Club, 200 South 36th Street, Philadelphia. To facilitate your visit to Philadelphia, the Conference will reserve a room for you at The Hilton Hotel of Philadelphia located on the University of Pennsylvania Campus at Civic Center Boulevard and 34th Street. Your room confirmation will be sent to you in late April. The Conference will pay for the cost of the room and applicable tax. You will be responsible for any other hotel charges incurred such as phone, laundry, tips, meals, etc. In addition, the conference will pay for round-trip train or air fare from your city of permanent residence. Our travel agent will be contacting you shortly. If you prefer to make your own arrangements, we will reimburse you for the cost of your ticket. However, you must submit the receipt portion (photocopy is unacceptable) of your ticket after you return home. Reimbursement will take 6-8 weeks. In any case, the travel grant will be for the least expensive fare available at the time of the reservation. We will also redmburse necessary travel to and from airport or train station.
