OPERATING THE TITAN SPEEFLO POWRLINER

INER 2800M
Objective:
1.) Practice professional safety persuasions
2.) Operating the Titan Speeflo PowrLmer 2800M
3.) Get familiarized with the PowrLiner
4.) Maintenance of PowrLiner
5.) Troubleshooting PowrLiner
This Procedural manual will show you how to operate the PowrLiner with safety

and maintenance always being kept in mind, do NOT skip steps. This can lead

to very serious safety risk

Requirements:
1.) Gloves Used to keep hands clean and safe from chemicals
2.) WD-40 Used to keep Tips used for paint clean.
3.) Tips This is fans out the paint to either make a wide or thin line.
4.) Cloth or Rag Used with WD-40 to keep tips clean.
5.) Mount This is mounted onto the spraying gun so the tips can be
dsdssda inserted
6.) PowrLiner This machine holds the engine, can of paint, spraying
asdasdasds gun and pump for the overall operation.

Procedure:
1.) When using or maintaining the PowrLiner always keep in mind that it
can from exert 50Psi to 4000Psi (Pounds Per Square Inch). By using
the nob outlined in the image below the pressure can be adjusted.

2.) In order to start operating the machine, you must first fuel it with

Gasoline into the tank shown below. After this Turn on the gas switch,
choke switch and slightly increase the throttle and pull the rip cord to
crank to the engine to start. Once started switch the choke off and
slightly reduce the throttle.

3.) Once the machine is running it is ready to be primed with paint. Select
you paint of preference whether it be water paint, oil paint or.paint.
Make sure to keep rags handy, this step can get messy. Put the can or
bucket of paint selected into the holder as shown the put the prime
hose and suction hose into the can.

4.) Turn on the Prime switch. The

prime switch cause paint to
flow from the suction hose out
the prime hose. By doing this
the machine builds us a
pressure that can be maintained.

5.) The Machine has been primed. Turn the prime switch off and spray
threw the gun into the can, be sure that the gun is pointing towards
the inner most part of the can to reduce splash back. After
approximately 30 seconds of doing this the gun will now also be
primed with paint and you are ready to munt it to the machine.

6.) By losing the nob outlined below the gun can sit in the mount with the

trigger above a lever used to pull the trigger

7.) Attach the tip mount to the end of the gun and insert the tip.

8.) This step will show how to maneuver and operate the PowrLiner. With
the gun and tip all mounted the machine is ready for use. The trigger
outlined in orange is for releasing the front wheel for making turns

9.) For maximum results from the PowrLiner, it is recommended to walk

at a steady pace. For a thicker line of paint walk slow, for a dimmer
layer of paint walk faster.
