Empty cereal boxes
Empty kleenex or tissue boxes
Empty soda/juice boxes
Empty egg cartons
Any variety of cardboard boxes
(clean and dirt-free)
Garbage bag ties
Pipe cleaners
Pom-poms (all sizes and colors)

This Saturday, November 14th, we will

have our Field Bazaar. This is a large
fundraiser for the 5th grade that helps us
send students to Pine Mountain. We will
need students to volunteer their time next
Saturday and families to donate hot dogs,
buns, uses of crockpots, bowls, plates,
utensils, soups and chilis. We have to have volunteers and donations to
make this a success this fundraiser goes directly to sending
students to Pine Mountain. Please use the attached form or the sign up
genius below to sign up to volunteer and/or send in donations.

crock pot of food, please plan to pick it up at the end of the Bazaar. We would
prefer to not let food sit out for multiple days as we do not have access to a
dishwasher.

The Field Holiday Bazaar is this Saturday, November 14 th. We need donations for the
Field Caf and volunteers for this fundraising event to be a success.
Below is a list of items we are requesting from families.

Please sign and return the donation form below to your childs teacher. We need
donations to make this fundraising event a success. In order to make this
fundraising event a success, we must also have assistance. If your child signs up
to volunteer, they can be dropped off but must be picked at the end of their volunteer
shift. They are free to browse the bazaar but must have a parent/guardian present. We

*Please bring soups and chili dishes on Saturday. Nonperishable items & items that do not
expire quickly can be brought in ahead of time. If you bring a crock pot, please plan to pick
it up between 3:15 and 4:00 on Saturday November 14 th. We do not have access to a
dishwasher and would prefer food not sit for multiple days in crock pots for sanitary
reasons. Thank you!!!
