Philosophy of Education

I believe that all students can learn in a stimulating and caring environment with great leadership
that empowers others to lead alongside them. I also believe that teamwork is a vital factor in
leading others as it promotes a cohesive and united atmosphere for learning. Finally, I believe
that good leaders have the pedagogy that is necessary for helping others educate all students.
