Content Development: Answer the following question as thoughtfully from your current
perspective.
1. What do you see as your current strengths as an Outdoor Recreation Leadership and
Management (OLRM) major? I think my strengths as an ORLM major is my ability to work and
lead groups of people or youth. I believe I am pretty easy to get along with and collaborative
with the group I am working with. I think the strongest groups are able to bring out each
individual strengths to support the group as a whole.

2. What do you see as your current challenges (weakness) as an OLRM major?


I have pretty limited Outdoor experience so I think a challenge for myself will be the outdoor
skills, but I am very eager to learn!

3. What will you do in the future to improve OLRM skills?


I plan on not missing a single class, I am paying a lot of money for my education and I intend on
getting my moneys worth. Also, just by showing up with an open mind willing to learn and
work in different ways.

4. In what OLRM areas would you most like to improve?


I what like to improve my outdoor hands-on skills the most as well as my overall knowledge
about the natural environment.
