Waitress:
Customer service skills are a necessity as a waitress. I practiced polite verbal and
body language skills to make the guest feel special and taken care of. I took
people's requests with a smile and speediness. It is important to have a good turn
around time so people can get their food in a timely manner!

Buyer/ Merchandiser:
Buying as a store merchandiser I have experience working in a market environment.
I retained most of my experience attending Atlantas Womens Apparel Market at
the Americas Mart. Purchasing from hundreds of vendors clothing lines, I assess
what will best sell based on clientele, demographics, and popular trending fashions.
Other considerations, such as keeping purchases within the budget require quick
decision making skills. Not only purchasing for what sells in the store, I design
window and in-store displays that attract buyers to stop in and shop. This task also
requires vision and creativity.

I create logos and promotional materials for small, growing companies. I can design
accordingly to desire and audience. I use creative and technical skills to quickly
