During the past 4 years, I have had the extreme pleasure of working with
Jennifer Leinenger-Flower in the Waterford School District. Jennifer is
employed at Stepanski Early Childhood Center as a teaching assistant. She is
assigned to our Great Start Readiness program. She has also worked in our
special education preschool programs as an assistant. Jennifer is extremely
effective in the classroom. She has gone above and beyond my expectations.
Sbe is compassionate, patient and caring.
jennifer demonstrates all the attributes we look for in a quality employee.
She is organized, efficient, flexible, and she works to meet the needs of all
her students. Jennifer approaches duties related to her role with enthusiasm
and purpose. She is a lifelong learner. She has a positive outlook.
One of Jennifer's greatest strengths lies in her interpersonal skins, as
colleagues at all levels respond to her in a positive manner. She has
developed wonderful relationships with members of the Stepanski staff and
Waterford school community. I believe Jennifer has been an asset to
Waterford schools and will be an outstanding employee in any capacity.
