Finger warmups- With your hands facing your feet extend each
finger separately towards your toes and back again.
Wrist warmups- Move your right (bowing arm) diagonally towards
your body, leading with your wrist.

Play either 3 8ves of all major/harmonic minor scales slurred in one


bow consecutively as quickly as possibly
Pick 3 from the following:
G, A, Bb, Db, Eb major and minor tonal centres (3 8ves), chromatic
scales Bb, C and D (2 8ves), Diminished 7ths starting on A#, C and
D Bb major in 3rds (2 8ves) G major in 6ths (2 8ves), D major in
octaves (8ve)

Work on any ensemble music from string group, orchestra or from


any band that I am participating in.
