Thisagreementismadebetween______________________________________________,
herebyknownastheBand,andiseffectiveasof_______________,20___.
TheBand,formedasageneralpartnershipandknownas___________________,isforthe
purposesofcreatingmusicalentertainment.
Bandmembersarepermittedtoengageinoutsidebusinessventures,includingmusical
entertainment,aslongastheydonotinterferewiththeircommitmentandobligationstothe
Band.EachmemberoftheBandagreestocontributethefollowingservices,astheyrelatetothe
successoftheband,aswellasanyotherservicesthataredeemednecessary:
Participatingatbandrehearsals
Playinginrecordingsessions
Performingatlivevenues
Appearingatpromotionsandotherevents
Bandmembersagreetoshareequallyanynetprofitsorlosses,obligations,andrightsofthe
Band.IfonememberdecidestoleavetheBand,thatmembershallonlyhaveinterestsinthe
profitsofanymusicrecordedanddistributedwhilethatmemberwasstillapartoftheBand.Ifa
memberleaves,thisagreementremainsineffectfortheremainingBandmembers.Ifanew
memberisadded,heorshemustagreetotheconditionsoutlinedinthisagreement.
EachmembershallhaveanequalsayandvoteindecisionsfacingtheBand,suchas:
Dismissalofabandmember
Additionofanewbandmember
Enteringintoanagreementorcontract
Borrowingmoney
Purchasesover$500
EquipmentpurchasedwithBandmoneyisownedequallybyallmembersoftheBand.
ThisagreementcanbeterminatedonlywithwrittenagreementbyallBandmembers.No
amendmentscanbemadetothisagreementunlesssignedbyallmembersoftheBand.
