LOWER MERION SCHOOL DISTRICT’S MOTION IN LIMINE

TO EXCLUDE PLAINTIFFS’ TRIAL EXHIBITS

Lower Merion School District (“District” or “Defendant”), by and through its attorneys,

hereby moves to exclude from evidence at trial Exhibits P-5-50, P-52-60, P-62-77, P-79-88, P-

90-112, P-114-124, P-126-137, P-145-150, and P-156-173, submitted on behalf of Student Doe 1

by and through his Parents/Guardians Does 1 and 2, et al. (“Plaintiffs”). The District also moves

to exclude any testimony concerning such exhibits.

The District relies upon and incorporates the accompanying Memorandum of Law in

support of this motion, filed simultaneously with the Court. As stated more fully therein, the

exhibits at issue are irrelevant and do not meet the requirements of the Federal Rules of

Evidence. Therefore, the District respectfully requests that the Court grant its Motion In Limine.
