Internal Validity:

It refers to how an experiment is done especially whether it

avoids cofounding more than one possible independent variable at the
same time. The more independent variables you have in research, the
more chances of your internal validity being questioned. The degree
of confidence that the independent variable is responsible for
the changes in the dependent variable.
Refer to pgs. 40-41 in the text.

External Validity:
The degree to which results are generalizable or applicable to
groups and environments outside the research setting (from the
glossary on course site)
Replication: Would the results be consistent if replicated outside
the initial experiment/research considering all elements represented?
