Vito Mannarini

plays guitar since he was 7 years old, graduated in classical guitar in 2008 at
the Conservatory of music in Bari with M Nando Dimodugno. He studied with
different teachers and he won various International musical competition
(Roma, Taranto,Pescara).
In 2009 he played for the Teatro dellOpera in Rome, performing Verdis
Otello under the direction of M Riccardo Muti .
He also collaborated with theatre director Stefano Dilauro for different
performances in the area of experimental theatre and composing soundtrack
for an audiobook of the same author.
Hes interested in the improvised language as well, playing swing and jazz
music with two bands : Olivoil Jazz Band (tipica New Orleans Sound) and Two
Hot Daltonics , and in May 2013 he was guest for the Italian Embassy in Dar
Es Salaam (Tanzania) and played for a charity concert. Between October and
November 2014 he had a tour in Central America
Hes active in promoting tipical Italian music in the world with the plectrum
quartet Hathor Plectrum Quartet. In October 2012 he was in tour in CentralAmerica (Guatemala , El Salvador) , in November 2013 he played in Lusaka
(Zambia) as guest for the Italian Embassy.
He also loves rock music and from the moment he had an electric guitar he
played in different bands and in summer 2014 is awaited his last work with the
band SantaMuerte for the Italian record label Miacameretta records
Last but not least musical project is Desde el alma formed by guitar and two
female voices which explore traditional Argentinian Tango.
In 2014 hes awaited in Argentina, Greece , Spain , Malta and Germany.
