Morgans article discusses a model that explains the relationship and correlation between
physical activity or sport and mental health. His research has found that when doing physical
activity, it creates a positive affect on one's mental and psychological health. This article is
beneficial to my research because it shows how sports can positively and effectively help one;s
health.
