Poor

83.1% of Pakistans population has good


sanitation facilities. This only leaves 16.9%
of the population without suitable
sanitation facilities.

For rural areas in Pakistan fair sanitation


is only for 51.1% of the population. This
is saying that for close to half of
Pakistans population are without good
sanitation.

On the other hand with water sources


urban areas is at amazing 93.9%. This is
less than 7% behind Australia.

Water in rural areas is also high at


89.9% of the population having a good
water source.

Transport

In urbanized areas in Pakistan they have


managed better transport by making
bigger and better roads. In Karachi private
transport isnt that much better than public
with private only having 27% of the
motorized transport.

With public transport along with private


are both, compared to Australia,
extremely low. Public motorized
transport stands at 23% overall with nonmotorized transport having 50% of
Karachis transport.

Employment

For the rich in Pakistan life is very nice


with the richest 10 percent each making
27.6 percent of the country's household
income.

Karachi (along with its neighbor Sindhs)


has a horrible employment rate with
around 50% of the population
unemployed. Females have it worse with
91% of women unemployed.

Opportunities

For the rich in Pakistan they have things


we class in middle class. Their rich
included having there own uninterrupted
power supply. But also they have
privileges like car cleaners and drivers.

For most middle/low-classed people in


Pakistan they wouldn't live with a lot of
the things we do. This is the main
reason why a lot of them turn the life of
crime.

Housing

For the rich in Pakistan the housing is like


that of a celebrity with their own security
guards and house staff to cook their dinner
and babysit their kids

Poor houses in Karachi mainly wouldnt


have access to the sewer, so they cant
flush their toilets, empty sinks, etc. Poor
houses in rural Pakistan lack a clean
reliable source of water.

Education

Education in urban areas is substantially


high compared to education in rural areas
with the highest school having the average
of 0.65

Education is rural areas is, on average,


very low. With most schools not even
being half as good as schools in urban
areas.

is extremely bad, with most water being
polluted.

Crime

Crime is an ongoing war for people living


in Pakistan. Carjacking, armed robberies,
home invasions, and other violent crimes
are prevalent in many major urban areas.

Crimes committed are mostly by the


younger, less privileged people. They
usually vary between 16-21. All of these
offenders are from the lower class that is
fighting for their survival and their
familys survival.
