Astrology Reading Template

Below is a general template that can help you when beginning to read astrology charts.
1. Lagna. As shown by the (rising sign), the basic outlook, personality and energy is
(Describe It). The person will aspire toward the powerful qualities of this sign, which is
the (gender) expression of (planet).
2. The ruling planet is in (Dignity), showing (Describe it). The planet is in (House)
showing (Describe It). The planet is in conjunction with (Other planet) showing (Describe
It).
3. (Other planet) is in the ascendant, showing their behavior and outlook will be
influenced by (Describe It). That planet is in (Dignity), showing (Describe it).
4. (Most Dignified Planet #1) is (planet). This shows (Planetary Qualities) will be very
noticeable and prominent in that person. Although they may have a lot of skill with that
thing, they may overuse it -- often at inappropriate times.
5. (Least Dignified Planet #1) is (planet). This shows (Planetary Qualities) may be
hidden and not very noticeable in that person. They may lack skill with that thing, they
may underuse it.
6. The Moon is in (House and Sign), showing their mind to be influenced by (Describe it).
(Planets) are in angles from the moon showing (Describe it).
7. (Planets) are forming Raja Yogas showing (Describe it).
8. (The Nodes) are in (House Axis) showing (Describe it). Rahu shows the attachments
that compel the emerging cycle of growth and Ketu shows the laserlike focus and
concentration that helps us perfect but what the soul has recently gained. This nodal
axis falls in (Signs), showing (Describe it).
9. Their is a large stellium of planets in (House and Sign), showing (Describe it).
10. They are in the Dasa Cycle of (Planet), which shows, (Describe it). That planet is the
ruler of (Houses) , which shows (Describe it).
11. The (Major Tranits) are hitting (House and Sign), showing (Describe it).
NOTE:
To look into different areas of life, and use the Vargas, you basically use the same
formula here - but focus on the houses in question.
So, rather than look at these things from lagna, look at them from the ruler of that house
- first in the birth chart - then use the approaches we use in the class on Vargas.
