core Jan 25, 2013 Complaint Report (CCRB) Initial Complaint Narrative Detective Vergona had zeto respect for me, He told me the victim to stop blabbering. It seems this assault charge was nothing to him so he was going to be judge jury and he decided that I the victim was as guilty as the woman who threatened me and than hit me, grabbed my hair and kicked me to the groin. He could barely hide his disdain. He did nothing for two weeks and than told me he was going to arrest me if I didnot drop the charges ~ this was Tuesday Oct 16 -- He said come down to now immediately tobe arrested (I guess arresting the victim is an urgent police prioiy but to date he never EVER went over to the MDs office. He had asked me why I walked by the receptionist desk. 1 responded if you had gone to the offic like you said you would you would know she sits by the door. agreed tobe arrested rather than dismiss the complaint and hung up the phone. He often would not take my calls but he picked up the phone right away when I called back 10 min, later and I said I have a dentist appoint. I chipped a tooth. Can Ibe arrested at 3pm. He laughed. He was discourteous and he erased an assault thatthe You ‘Tube proves occurred even thought the Ist Precinct has erased it from their statistical report and Vergona and pals made that happen by refusing to investigate her false report. The women in the video back her up they are her co-workers and the video proves they are lying and so is she therefore her report which Vergona used to arrest me is false and how did I even grasp this. Aer he threatened to arrest me om my way tothe dentist I asked a young cop. I showed him the video, He said she broke another law fling a complaint. He also thought the crime was more serious than the fist preciact detective because she has something dangling, from her hand or wrist so he said that becomes a weapon. I have defensive scratches on my forearm which I though were scratch marks but could be from the key. Vergona said he did not ned to 20 to the office because the detective investigating the Perp (not his word) went so his investigative work interviewing the women that are lying my word ~is enough.
