First Grading was about to end and new grading period is about to start.

Students
at Baybayin National High School can breath with relaxation now. They finish taking
their first periodical examination that made their nights and days stressful. It is the
painful part of being a student.
On our fourth week of observing we continue to noticed different personality of a
learner as well teachers strategies in teaching. In the morning, teachers that came to
school early lead the students in cleaning their areas. The teacher monitor her students
if they do their task well. Its a characteristic of a good leader and facilitator.
When the bell rang student fall in line to start the flag raising ceremony. Mr.
Amano, Mapeh Instuctor take a lead to beat for the national anthem. After few
minute, the ceremony ended and all students go to their respective classes. And
because periodical exam was ended last week, Mr. Esguerra the first teacher we
observe, checked the test paper oh his class. While doing that, when he notices that
his students have doubts on the answer he clarify to his students why it become the
answer for a clear results of the examination. After checking, he already recorded it.
Then he had an item analysis. For me its good to have that because we can identify to
which part od the test have his students difficulties by counting the number of
students have a correct answer on each test item.
Next teacher we observe was Mrs. Reyes. She requested to us to checked the
poems did by her students, 9-Mabini. If they meet the criteria she presented. It should
be 12 syllables, 5 stanza and with rhymes. On the next period 10:00-11:00 we decided
not to attend a class because were not finished checking poems and we decided to
answer our Field Study book. After an hour, we proceed to the class of Mrs. De
Guzman. Like what other teachers did she also had checking of test paper and while
doing that they analyze each question for clarification of it.
After we take our lunch, unexpectedly Sir Esguerra had an important schedule,
because of that no one will be left for handling his class. So Mr. Esguerra requsted to
us to take charge on his class. To continue checked test papers and had an item
analysis. We accept it because we know we can use this experience when we become
a teacher. Also Sir Esguerra told to us also to remind those students who do not pass
activies yet. They only had two days to comply to it. For me those students who are
incomplete in activies and given a chance to complete it are lucky. They will be able
to had a complete grade. We had that monitoring for the whole afternoon period.
Next day of our monitoring for this week was the schedule of our midterm
examination also. But we continue to observed because our examination will start at
the aftetnoon and our duty in BNHS will end in the afternoon. What we did on that
day was giving exercises and discussing some important details to some sections
related to their topic because teachers have their meeting. While doing that, another

experience that will gave learning to us was given to us. We thinked that if some
teacher gave us opportunity to handled a class we should not regret it because it can
be a practice to us how to start being organize in handling a class that my student are
willing to listen to me even if I'm not their original teacher.
