Lesson Planning is strength of Alyssas.

Her effective implementation of the lesson results from her sound
lesson planning. Her plan is coherent, very well organized and easy
to follow.
Begins the lesson by explicitly stating the focus for the day and
providing clear instructions for each learning experience/task that is
part of the plan.
The agenda for the day is posted and the cooperative groups (7
groups today) are posted.
PowerPoint notes/instruction works very well to guide the lesson,
help students visualize the concepts, and refer to what they are
doing
Alyssa is very skilled at using the Smart Board.
Consider asking students to repeat to each other in pairs or have a
volunteer share with the whole class what is expected (what they
are to do) for each task.
