Therefore, the subject agreement has been properly ratified pursuant to BLET Bylaws, Section 41(b). As information, the ballot count stands at: 17 divisions in favor, 2 divisions opposed, and 7 divisions that have not reported balloting results at this time. The effective date of the revised agreement is March 1, 2010, While there were only several questions concerning the agreement posed to the GCA office during the ratification process, all likelihood additional questions may follow at this point. ‘That said, if anyone has an questions or concerns relevant to the newly revised agreement, please do not hesitate to call for additional clarification.
