Dear sir or madam:

I'm writing this letter in reference with the situation I had to go through at
your supermarket and to explain my disappointment with it:

To begin with, I was about to pay the goods that I bought at the shop when
the cashier stopped me and said that I was supposed to be stealing
something from the canned goods stand. It was amazing. Me, that I never
committed any robbery anytime!!! It was awful. If I had had the possibility of
burying myself, I would have done it.
In addition to this, the cashier asked me to take the can I was supposed to
be hiding in my overcoat. Amazing!!! There were more than 14 people
waiting at the conveyor belt!!!! It was embarrassing.
Furthermore, the cashier did not let me have a word with whoever were in
charge in the shop. In the end, the cashier told me she had to register me,
with the result that she found nothing.
I was not given any apologize from that misbehaved girl. I was so angry that
I decided to return all my shopping bags with the goods I had bought, but
that girl refused to do it.

In the light of the above reasons, I feel I am entitled to a full refund and to a
formal apology.
If you decided not to do anything, I would not hesitate to take any further
actions.

Yours faithfully.
