ThefollowingsettingscanonlybechangedwhencallstatusisIdle.IfBCCHUpdatePageissettoAutoandyou
changethesesettingswhileyourUEiscampedtothetestset,thetestsetperformsaBroadcastChannel(BCCH)
UpdateProcedure(SIBContents).IfBCCHUpdatePageissettoInhibit(thedefaultvalue)andyouchange
thesesettingswhileyourUEiscampedtothetestset,youmustforceyourUEtorereadtheBCCHtoobserve
thechange.
