    learninavarietyofways.Barbaraprovidesresponsiveandthoughtfulfeedbackon
    assignments.Sheeffectivelyusesstudentworktodiagnoselearningdifficultiesandprovides
    appropriateremediation.Shesupportsand/orassistsstudentsinmeetingtheiracademic,social
    andemotionalneedsbyaddressingtheirindividualneeds.Shedemonstratesapositiverapport
    withstudentsandrecognizesstudentdifficultiesbyemployingeffectiveassessmentstrategies.
    Ofparticularinterestarethemodificationsshehasmadetotheassignmentsforthestudentwho
    haveanIndividualizedEducationPlan.Barbarahasworkedcloselywiththegeneraleducation
    teacherstoprovideaprogramthatcontributestoallthestudentssuccessandthestudentsare
