Health Screening Process Note:

Step 1: (Log in to the portal)


Medi Assist Portal: www.mediassistindia.net/Corporate
Login ID= empno@tcs (e.g. 111111@tcs)
Default Password = DOB (in dd-mm-yyyy format) (e.g. if DOB is 1st Jan 1980 then
password is 01-01-1980)
If you have already changed your password then you may log in with the changed
password and if you do not remember the password then please use the Forgot Password
link through the above link to retrieve your password.
Please ensure that while you log in to the Mediassist portal the link should be opened
only using Internet Explorer (IE) 8.0 and above.
Step 2: (Access the Medi assist home page)
Once you have logged in, through the top navigations you need to select:
Value added Services Health Check Benefits Periodic Health Screening
Step 3: (To book appointment)
a. Select your name through the drop down available under Appointment for option
available on top right of your screen
b. Through the Select Packages option select AHC Package which is available
c. Once the Package is selected a pop up to undergo an online Health Risk
Assessment (HRA) test would be made available. (Once you complete the test the
report needs to be carried along while going to the diagnostic centres)
Step 4: (Selecting Preferred Diagnostic Centres)

Select the State City Then Location in which you wish to avail this benefit
Select the Diagnostic Centre 1 Name of hospital
Select the 1st& 2nd Preferred Date and Timings
Click on Add To Book

Step5: (Appointment for Spouse) (Where ever applicable)


Repeat the above process from Step 3 to book an appointmentfor your spouse
Step6: (Confirm Request)
Once your order is confirmed Appointment Confirmation email will be sent on your
registered email id along with the Confirmation letter which will be made available on the
Mediassist portal.
