Humanshavecreatedandlongedforartsincethebeginningoftime,fromcavepaintings
toancientsculptures.Overthecourseofhumanhistory,arthasevolvedinnumerouswayswith
increasingtypesofmediaandtechniqueslearnedovertime.Withtheadvancementsin
technology,newformsofarthavearoseincludingcomputermodelingandanimation.Incurrent
time,animationhasbecomeamajorartformduetothemediumsflexibilityandusesthrough
technology.Withforeveradvancingtechnology,animationjobscontinuetoincreaserapidlyin
gaming,movies,andindustrialdesigninordertokeeppacewiththedemandsforentertainment
andproductsofmoderntechnology.
Animationistheartofdigitalaudiodesignofobjects,characters,orscenery.Animation
allowsforstoriestodevelopinahighlyflexibleenvironmentmakinganythingpossible.Ina

experience.Startinganinternshipduringcollegewillhelpinthelongrunprocessofreceivinga
job.Internshipshelpgreatlybecausetheyallowforstudentstogainexperienceinthefieldand
gainconnectionstobusinesses.Whenfirstenteringtheindustry,anaverageanimatorssalary
canstartat$60,000,butthesalaryvariesbasedontheamountofworkthatworkersputin

usuallystartoutwithagroupmeetinginordertodiscussalloftheprogressthathappenedthe
daybefore,andseewhatkindofnewideascameuptocombatthechallengesofthepastday
(Leluika).Thesegroupmeetingsallowfortheentireteamtounderstandwhatneededtoget
