Sir,
I have just graduated from Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka and I am extremely interested
in pursuing my career as HR executive in Square Food & Beverage Ltd. I am highly motivated to play my
role in one of the leading player in FMCG (First Moving Consumer Good) industry in Bangladesh. I hope
that SFBL can offer me the best opportunity with its dynamic and people oriented organizational culture.
It will be my great pleasure to work at Square Food & Beverage Ltd. Not because of its brand reputation
but because it encourage creativity and innovation. As I have previously mentioned the people oriented
culture of SFBL, I believe that it will enable me to work with the people from SFBL towards the common
end.
As being a business graduate from the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka, I have been
enriched with conceptual as well as practical knowledge on business through different courses offered by
the university. During the courses of my academic year, I was equipped with the updated knowledge on
Financial Management, Investment Management, Cost Accounting, Human Resources Management,
Operations Management, Marketing Management, Macro and Micro Economics and so on. In addition to
this academic curriculum, I involved myself with several clubs From Faculty of Business Studies. This sort
of engagement has enabled me to hone my leadership skill and face the challenge to drive people towards
a common end. At the end of my of BBA program, I have worked with HR team of Bank Asia as a full time
paid intern for a period of three month. There, I have dealt with the major HR related issue like
recruitment, training and development, compensation, end service benefit etc. I have the educational
background, academic achievement, a bit practical experience and passion to be a part of Square Food &

Beverage Ltd. I hope you will find me competent for the post of Executive, HR during the whole
recruitment process.
