Exercise 5: (Batch A)
Figure shows a small network with nodes A to E and link numbers 1 to 6. The network runs a
distance vector based protocol, e.g. RIP, as a routing protocol. Implement the protocol using Java
and demonstrate step by step, how routing information is propagated between the different
nodes. Show the routing tables of all five nodes.

Demonstrate how the routing information is propagated and new routing tables are created if a
new link is established and if a link is broken.
