Dear Ryan Trever:

Blue Fish Consulting LLC is working on new advertising ideas and we are using a diverse group
of individuals to help the company gain a new perspective. There are a few rules to dynamics the
committee needs to know before the brainstorming process can begin.

We want committee member for new ideas on how the company can gain a greater reach and
understanding of our consumers. The most important aspect of the project is for the committee
members to be themselves. Consider what each of you do in your daily work and get into the
mindset of a consumer, not the company. Be open and honest when brainstorming.

During the five minute typing session, we ask that you be as creative as possible. Do not censor
yourself or hold back, try and get as much information out as possible. There is no need to worry
about anything else but the questions that are being asked and the responses you are giving.

The winning ideas from the committee will be put through several rigorous tests. As the ideas are
narrowed down, the last remaining few will be judged at every angle. No one should worry
though, any ideas the committee puts forth will anonymous unless you ask for recognition. We
want to see any and all ideas. Submit anything crazy, fun, wild, risky, expensive, difficult, and
even repeat ideas. We look forward to seeing your ideas spark to life.
