May 26, 2015 HAND DELIVERED Mr, Michael Klein Executive Direetor Albany Parking Authority 25 Orange Street Albany, New York 12207 Re: Employment with the Albany Parking Authority (“APA”) Dear Mr. Klein Please be advised, in accordance with section 3.1 of your employment agreement with the Albany Parking Authority (*“APA” or the “Authority”), dated October 28, 2013 (the “Agreement”), that the APA’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) has decided to terminate your employment as Executive Director of the APA, effective August 24, 2015, As required by the Agreement, in addition to this ninety (90) days? notice of termination, you will be provided with severance equal to one-yeat"s Base Salary currently in effect, payable in accordance with the APA's regular payroll schedule, minus applicable state and federal tax withholdings, In all other respects, your benefits will continue in effect during this 90-day notice period.
