I believe that Spring Mill is a positive
influence in the area, and that the
diversity within the schools walls
greatly impacts the perception of the
school. Spring Mill is surrounded by a
wealthy neighborhood, yet none of
the children attending the school are
from those types of backgrounds.

What Ive learned

After digging deeper into research on
Spring Mill, it is clear that the
learning and classroom atmosphere
is positive and successful. The school
is incredibly academically successful
for the very diverse population of
students that attend. When a school
has nearly 60% of its students
qualify for free lunch, it is such an
