AFG GRANT WORKSHOP at the OHIO FIRE ACADEMY
March 18, 2010 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The primary goal of the Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG) is to meet the firefighting and emergency response needs of fire
departments and nonaffiliated emergency medical service organizations. Since 2001, AFG has helped firefighters and other first
responders to obtain critically needed equipment, protective gear, emergency vehicles, training, and other resources needed to
protect the public and emergency personnel from fire and related hazards.

For those who cannot attend the workshop at the Academy, the following locations are available for participation in the
workshop via video conference:

If you are unable to attend the workshop in person at one of these locations, the workshop can also be viewed via live web

While local hotel accommodations are available, the Ohio Fire Academy has dorm rooms available for $30 a night.
