E-safety Audits

The issue of e-safety has long been a challenging one for schools and other organisations to tackle, particularly
considering that technology develops so rapidly and that children and young people have near universal access
to internet enabled devices.
E-safety Audits provide a great, cost-effective way to ensure primary schools, secondary schools and colleges
are doing all they can to protect pupils and members of staff from the risks associated with new technologies,
along with preparing for inspections by Ofsted, HMI or ISI.
E-safety Audits last one full day, take place in school and are conducted by an Auditor who has received a
Naace Impact Award for his work in the field of e-safety. "Chris has been formally recognised for revolutionising
opportunities for independent learning and for developing rigorous processes for e-safety training." Naace, 2013.
