Seeking the position of
SUMMARY
I demonstrate dedication to the service of our veterans by working Help Desk Business line in
Topeka Kansas. Earing over 200 HRC Bucks for exceptional service to veterans and performing
above the standards for an extended period of time in the last 20 months. Prior to working at the
HRC, served over 22 years in the military as a supply parts warehouse and automated logistics
noncommissioned officer in both the United States Air Force (3 years active) and United States
Army (19 years active as a 92A30) management activities. Knowledgeable in the use of
Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013, One Note, Office 365 to include Power Point,
Excel, Word, Oracle, Dterms, Help Desk Knowledge Base Resources, Oracle on the Standard
Army Maintenance Systems, Secure VOIP phones and Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT)
Satellites, MS Dos, Federal Logistics Catalogue (FEDLOG) with Logistics Information Account

Provided help desk support to veteran users of My HealtheVet and eBenefits.
Delivered superior service to our veterans by using Knowledge Base applications to solve
technical and other functionalities with MyHealtheVet and eBenefits.
Assisted with the training of fellow call representatives on how to use the MHV-IRIS and
Web Chat software.
Participated in testing the new web chat software (eGain), the new TFB Soft Phone, and
TFB Agent Dashboard programs.
Participated on the Veterans Outreach initiative voluntarily that was outside my normal
duties and responsibilities working over 50 combined overtime hours including three
weekends.
