Department Looking for:
AIMD Senior Supervisor for Polymer Phase II Operation Plants with relevant first degree in Engineering or
relevant science
Results orientation and lead by sample. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Sound decision making

Knowledge of process & Operations, Maintenance & Engineering practices in refinery or petrochemical
plants
Hands on experience on related field with technical expert level knowledge
Capable to guide and train Engineers in related field and act as technical commander during emergency
conditions
Duties and responsibility:
Oversee the Technical support management of all projects & Improvement - related activities in an
assigned section or
field to ensure minimal downtime in operations by liasing with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Material
Control & Supply,
Contractors and Safety Department as appropriate
Review and consolidate and/or approval technical documentation and evaluation and oversee the
undertaking of regular
audits of Engineering Support jobs to ensure compliance with international Engineering Standards
Review and consolidate engineering procedures and once approved, supervise the implementation of
same procedures
within plant equipment operation limits to prevent miss-operations and human errors in daily plant
operations
Implement cost saving activities as per Section's cost saving plan
Ensure assigned Section's engineering Tasks meet corporate safety and environmental policy and
standards in order to
minimize risk of industrial injuries
Conduct performance reviews of subordinates and liaise with Human Resources to conduct staff
development program
Qualifications
Knowledge of process and operations, maintenance and engineering practices in refinery or
petrochemical plants.
Hands-on experienceon related field with technical expert level knowledge. Capable to guide and train
Engineers in
related field and acts as TechnicalCommander during emergency conditions.
More than 16 years technical experience in engineering in refinery or petrochemical, preferably with at
least 4 years in
