LOCATION: The port is located on the northernmost point of Mindanao.
CHARTS: BA Charts No. 957 and 3826. PORT LIMITS: A vessel is considered an arrived ship 1mile NE of lighthouse. DOCUMENTS: Coasting Manifests Crew List Passenger Manifest Record of Vessels Boarded Ship's Particulars Statement of Facts Statistical Supplement Voyage Memo. PILOTAGE: Compulsory Surigao-Maasin-Bislig Harbor Pilots Association can be contacted 24hours before expected arrival of the vessel either by telegram or VHF Radio Channel 16.
