Position: Real Estate Agent. Duties: On your lot and on site sales at Briarwood, and Fairways at Marco Shores
in Naples, Florida. Accomplishments: All customers were "happy homeowners".

General Real Estate Sales: Sold and closed the largest single lot sale at LeIy Barefoot Beach. Have completed
as many as fifty-seven (57) transactions in one calendar year while involved in general real estate sales.

MARKETING/ADVERTISING/PUBLIC RELATIONS
Former Employer: Swisher et al., Inc. Columbus, Ohio, Clearwater and Naples, Florida.
Position: Chairman/Founder. Duties: Total responsibility for development of creative concepts, copy, design,
layout, production (both electronic and collateral) and marketing management.
Accomplishments: Built company from two person operation into a full service agency with staff of 20+ people.
Sold to National Revenue Corporation in 1980. Re-acquired two (2) years later, re-built the agency and sold to
Scripps-Howard in 1985 to relocate in Florida. Received numerous awards for work performed locally,
regionally and nationally in the areas of radio and television production, print and outdoor design. Developed
major accounts such as Stereo Lab, Multicon Communities, Buckeye Federal Savings and Loan, National
Revenue Corporation, Holiday Inns (eastern region), Merrill Publishing, Benny's Kar Parts Outlet, Muffler
King, Little Professor Book Centers and many more.

EDUCATION: The Ohio State University, Bachelor of Fine Arts

Major Subjects: Sculpture and Psychology


Minor Subjects: English, Art History, Ceramics and Three Dimensional Design
