It can change your destiny.
It is the brain of Ibadah (worship). With it we can
never fail; without it we can never succeed.

When making Dua

use as many names
and attributes of
Allah that you
know. The main
name used is Rab,
Rabi or Rabbana.
If you are in a
desperate situation
mention the good
deeds you have
done so that Allah
may increase the
importance of
your Dua.

This Dua sheet has 23 Duas. These Duas have

been selected to cover off on a variety of aspects
of life which can help us become better Muslims
and reach Jannah In-shaa-Allah.
Each Dua is shown in Arabic, the English
transliteration and then the English meaning.
1. Start your Dua through praising Allah (swt),
do not be hasty. Glorify Allah. A Dua is

2. Send your Salaam to the Prophet Muhammad
(Peace be upon Him). A Dua is provided

Allahumma lakal-hamdu anta noorussamawaati wal-ardi wa man fihinna,

wa lakal-hamdu anta qayyimus-samawaati
wal-ardi wa man fihinna, wa lakal-hamdu
anta rabbus-samawaati wal-ardi
wa man fihinna.

O Allah! For You is all Praise - You are the Light of the
Heavens and the Earth and all that is in them; and for
You is all Praise You are the Guardian of the Heavens
and the Earth and all that is in them; and for You is all
Praise you are the Lord of the Heavens
and the Earth and all that is in them.

wa ala aali Ibrahim, Innaka hameedun

O Allah! Send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the

followers Muhammad, just as you sent prayers upon
Ibrahim and upon the followers of Ibrahim. Verily, you
are Praiseworthy, Glorious. And O Allah! Send blessings
upon Muhammad and upon the followers Muhammad,
just as you sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the
followers of Ibrahim. Verily, you are are Praiseworthy,
Glorious.

[for] a heart which should fear Thee; and I ask Thee [for]
a true confidence in Thee; and I ask Thee [for] a firm
deen.

Rabbij-Alnii muqeemas salaati wa minn

zhurriy-yatii: rabbanaa wa taqabbal duAA.

O my Lord! make me one who establishes regular Prayer,

and also (raise such) among my offspring O our Lord!
and accept Thou my Innovation.

the comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead
the righteous.

Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we

forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector;
Help us against those who stand against faith

You. And show us our rites and accept our repentance.
Indeed, You are the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful

Repentance, and follow Thy Path; and preserve them
from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire!

aghnenna menal faqre.

O Allah! The Lord of seven heavens. The Lord of great

throne (authority), defray our debts and free us from
poverty.

hamaltahu alal-ladheena min qablina

Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou

didst lay on those before us

Allahumma inni audhu bika minal-ajzi wal-kasli

wal-jubni wal-harami wal-bukhli, wa audhbika
min adhabil qabri, wa audhubika fitnatil mahya
walmamat.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from weakness and laziness,

miserliness and cowardice, anxiety and sorrow, and I seek
refuge in You from the torments of grave, and I seek refuge
in You from the trials and tribulations of life and death.

Allahumma arinal-haqqa haqqan warzuqnattibaah, wa arinal-batila batilan warzuqnajtinabah, bi rahmatika ya arhamar-rahimeen.

and bless us with staying away from it, with Your mercy,
O Most Merciful!

O Allah! Raise the standing of Islam and the Muslims. O

Allah! Raise the standing and the Muslims, and degrade
the standing of Kufr and the Kaafireen, and Shirk and
the Mushrikeen. Destroy the enemies of the Deen, and
protect the lands of Islam, O Lord of the Worlds.
