Subject: - Responsibility of the officials of Croatian Bar Association for the deaths of 18 people in the last
several years
- Request for sending EU Monitoring Commission to Croatian State Attorney`s Office USKOK/BCCOC
which protects crime of the officials of Croatian Bar Association in the case KR-US-1/13
- Request for sending documentation on my case to international law organizations (in the case of my death)

Dear Mrs. Jourov,

in addition to the official letters that I sent you on February 6, and April 17 (both available on the links
at the bottom of this official letter), I decided to inform you about the facts which are, in the tragic and shocking
way confirming the accuracy of the statements in the official letters that I sent to Mrs. V. Reding on July 3 and
July 31, 2013, which are also available at the links below. That facts are directly confirming responsibility of the
officials of Croatian Bar Association (CBA) for the deaths of:
1) Jaka Denich killed by the lawyer Darko Zadro who was never sentenced for his crime and numerous publicly
known disciplinary offenses in the period of 10 years(!): 2002 -2011. That attitude of CBA encouraged Zadro to
continue with his criminal activities which finaly led to the murder of Jaka Denich in 2011.
2) Ivo Jui, Ivo Skorin and 3 other (=total 5) people in the scandal with Raiffeissen cooperatives. Jui, Skorin
and others were led to the suicide by the lawyers protected by CBA which did not solved disciplinary charges
against them, thus bringing with that lawyers-criminals Mr. Jui, Skorin and others to despair and suicide.
The cases of Denich, Jui, Skorin and others were published in "Jutarnji list" (the second highest circulation
daily in Croatia) and portal "Udarno".
3) A few days ago the highest circulation Croatian political weekly "7dnevno" published evidence that the
former president and current treasurer of CBA Marijan Hanekovi is responsible for the deaths of 12 people in
the fire on Kornati in 2007. In the attachment of this official letter (Appendix 3) I am sending you a 7dnevno`s
comprehensive report on the subject on 6 pages(!).1
Since in the period from 2007 till today CBA`s officials sent to death at least 18 people (1+5+12),
it is obvious that they will do the same in my case, although Croatian Helsinki Committee (HHO), Veronika
Vere, Juris Protecta, the police, Ministry of Finance, and the Court (verdict in my favor of May 26, 2014, about which I
informed Ms Reding on June 10, 2014) all confirmed that I am right, and although the last month Croatian People's
Ombudsman officially reported that the (Croatian) Bar Association "is delaying disciplinary actions
against non-professional lawyers" (see my Notification sent to CBA on August 24, 2015, which I am sending attached to this official
letter as Appendix 2), i. e. the same as in my case: on my disciplinary reports of March 13 and September 13, 2012. I
received no reply, because to the disciplinary prosecutor Predrag Laban I did not give a bribe he asked me for.
This shocking conduct of the lawyers-officials of the CBA would not be possible if their colleagues
(state) lawyers (attorneys) from USKOK (BCCOC) did not protected crime in the CBA for many years, so here
again I repeat my request for the supervision of the work of USKOK in my case, which request I have already
sent you on February 6, and April 17, 2015. I hope that your actions in this case will show that those who
claimed that the Croats are in the EU third class citizens, because in the case that the same requests were
imposed by German they would long been solved, will prove to be inaccurate.
To this official letter are enclosed my Notifications sent to CBA on June 13, and August 24, 2015 (Appendix 1
and 2) in which I sent them (CBA) documents about reasons why from June till August 24 I had to replace my
complete hunger strike with the Turkish one (=taking sugar).

I am asking you that - in the case of my death you send a copy of all documentation that I sent you from
2013 till now, to the following address: Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (Brussels), International Bar
Association (London), Union Internationale des Avocats (Paris) so that theese international professional associations
can expell CBA from their membership and thus prevent CBA`s further sowing death.

nastavno na dopise koje sam Vam poslao 6. 2. i 17. 4. o. g. (dostupni na linkovima u dnu ovog dopisa), odluio sam
Vam se obratiti kako bih Vas obavijestio o injenicama koje na tragian i okantan nain dodatno potvruju tonost mojih
navoda u dopisima poslanim gi V. Reding jo 3. 7. i 31. 7. 2013., koji su takoer dostupni na donjim linkovima. Radi se o
odgovornosti dunosnika Hrvatske odvjetnika komore (HOK) za smrt:

Jake Denicha kojeg je ubio odvjetnik Darko Zadro, kojeg HOK za njegov kriminal i brojne javno poznate
disciplinske prekraje 2002.-2011. nije kaznio, potiui ga time na nastavak kriminalnog postupanja to je dovelo do ubojstva
2)
Ive Juia, Ive Skorina i jo 3 (=ukupno 5) ljudi iz afere Raiffeisen zadruga koje su svojim kriminalom na
samoubojstvo naveli odvjetnici koje je titila Hrvatska odvjetnika komora, jer nije rjeavala disciplinske prijave protiv njih,
dovevi time skupa s odvjetnicima-kriminalcima Juia i Skorina do oaja i samoubojstva
O tome su (Denich, Jui, Skorin i dr.) pisali Jutarnji list (2. najtiraniji dnevni list u Hrvatskoj) i portal Udarno.
3)
Pred nekoliko dana je najtiraniji hrvatski politiki tjednik 7dnevno objavio dokaze da je bivi predsjednik i
sadanji blagajnik HOK-a Marijan Hanekovi odgovoran za smrt 12 ljudi u poaru na Kornatima 2007. godine. U prilogu
(Prilog 3) Vam aljem opsean novinski prilog na 6 strana(!) o tome.2
Obzirom da su dunosnici HOK-a od 2007. do danas poslali u smrt najmanje 18 ljudi (1+5+12), jasno je da e
tako vjerojatno postupiti i u mom sluaju, iako su mi za pravo dali HHO, Veronika vere, Juris protecta, policija,
Ministarstvo financija i Sud (presuda u moju korist od 26. 5. 2014., o emu sam ve detaljno obavijestio gu Reding 10. 6.
2014.), te iako je pred mjesec dana i hrvatska puka pravobraniteljica slubeno izvijestila da Odvjetnika komora
(HOK) odugovlai disciplinske postupke protiv neprofesionalnih odvjetnika (vidjeti moju Obavijest poslanu HOK-u
24. 8. 2015. koju Vam aljem u privitku, Prilog 2), to je sluaj i u mom predmetu: na svoje prijave od 13. 3. i 13. 9. 2012. do
danas nisam dobio nikakav odgovor, jer disciplinskom tuitelju Predragu Labanu nisam dao mito koji me on bio traio.
Ovakvo okantno postupanje odvjetnika-dunosnika HOK-a ne bi bilo mogue da njihovi kolege (dravni)
odvjetnici iz USKOK-a ve godinama ne tite kriminal u HOK-u, pa stoga ovdje ponavljam svoj zahtjev za nadzorom rada
USKOK-a u mom sluaju, kojeg sam Vam ve poslao jo 6. 2. i 17. 4. o. g. Nadam se da e Vae postupanje u ovom sluaju
pokazati da oni koji tvrde da su Hrvati u EU graani treeg reda - jer bi u sluaju da je ove zahtjeve izrekao Nijemac po njima
odavno bilo postupljeno - pokazati netonima.
U prilogu Vam aljem moje Obavijesti HOK-u od 13. 6. i 24. 8. o. g. (Prilog 1 i 2) u kojima im dostavljam dokumente
o razlozima zbog kojih sam u navedenom periodu svoj potpuni trajk glau morao zamijeniti turskim (s uzimanjem eera).

Takoer Vas molim da - u sluaju moje smrti - kopiju itave dokumentacije koju sam Vam poslao od 2013. do sada
