 Executive Summery
The company was founded in 1933 by kiichiro toyoda. Since then,
TOYOTA has become one of the most successful and profitable Japanese
companies and one of the world's most industry leading automobile
corporations
The headquarters of TOYOTA is located in TOYOTA, aichi, Japan.
TOYOTA also provides financial services through its subsidiary,
TOYOTA financial services, and participates in other lines of business. It
manufactures vehicles sold in the United States under the brand names
TOYOTA, scion and Lexus. TOYOTA also owns majority stakes in
Daihatsu and Hino, and 8.7% of Fuji heavy industries, which
manufactures Subaru vehicles. They also acquired 5.9% of Isuzu motors
ltd. On November 7, 2006.

This project is about the international marketing strategies and marketing

in Pakistan
In the research h study we will try to know the reason of the success of
Toyota out side the japans specially in Pakistan with the help of following
point

1. Why Toyota decide to go international?

2. Effect of the global recession on there business.
3. Cross cultural analysis.
4. Area of operations and market involvement.
5. SWOT analysis
6. SRC and ethnocentric

Research methods
I my self visited the following franchise of Toyota motors in Pakistan
1. Toyota frontier motors Peshawar
2. Toyota Islamabad motors Islamabad
3. Toyota Mardan motors Mardan
And also visited several website as mentioned in bibliography section to
get the information regarding to Toyota Pakistan

Findings
We find Toyota a customer and employee friendly organization as they
satisfy their customers by providing 3 s and 5s service all over the
Pakistan and that’s why the total number of cars have 44 % of Toyota
shares
