SARAH BURGER LAWN SIGNS STOLEN, VANDALIZED, RUN OVER
Candidate for Public Safety Commissioner in Saratoga Springs targeted a week before primary election Saratoga Springs, N.Y. (Sept 1, 2015) An alarming number of lawn signs bearing the name of Democratic candidate for Public Safety Commissioner Sarah Burger have been taken from the lawns of her supporters, some apparently run over by cars or vandalized. There have been incidents in which a car has apparently been driven off the road to run over a sign. One sign was covered with stickers and left behind. One woman reports that a sign in her neighborhood gets torn down every single day, and every day, she puts it back up. Weve been flooded with reports from my supporters asking us to replace their signs because they have been stolen, destroyed, or vandalized. I have personally replaced dozens. Fortunately, we have plenty, but this is a disappointing issue to be dealing with in the week before the Primary election, said Burger. ###
