Directions: Select the set of questions which match the genre (type) of book you read and answer them on a separate sheet of paper. All
questions must be answered accurately in order to receive credit on your RINGO board. You may also answer the questions online by

them a reliable source of information on the topic?
5. Is there an email address or other way to contact the author?
6. What is the topic of the webpage? Briefly describe this.
7. When was the information on the page last updated? IS this current enough to be useful? Explain.
8. What is the purpose of this site? (inform, persuade, entertain)
9. If there are advertisements on the page, are they related to the page topic, and do they add to or distract from the topic of the site?
10. Do the links on the page send you to additional useful information? Describe.
11. Is the information on the site supported by references showing where the information is from?
12. Does the information appear to be biased? How? (biased- show preference for or against (something or someone) unfairly)
13. Based on you evaluation, what purpose would this website best be used for?
