Answer:
Yes, because after he caught by the teacher, he didnt revile easily or earlier that he
do cheated in that exam and in the end he told to the teacher the truth.

Answer:
The moment when he deny that he was cheating in their exam the fact that the
teacher is already know that he has a kodigo for the answers to the exam.

Case 2:
- Is Poy guilty of stealing? Why or why not? Explain.
Answer:
No, because he didnt know in the first place the rules and regulations of that hotel
and he tells the truth for the sake of his friend and him selves.

- is coercion a sufficient reason to excuse a person from moral liability?

Answer:
No, because it is base to a person. If he has a good conscience then he/she knows
what are the right and wrong and that leads to him/her the correct path in whatever
he/she doing.
