Comments on the examples from the page 2 by Claudiu Barsila Laura Spinu
The usual used
“perfect” borders,
are replaced with
more rough
lines, giving a more
friendly look.

Arrows starting
from a specific
area of the poster
are orienting
the onlooker
towards
the graphics.

The usual “grid based” design is

abandoned and replaced by
shapes that have the functional
role to integrate all the areas
of the poster.
In the right poster example, the usual
shape (sfere, square) used to represent
neurons, was replace with the neurons itself,
in respect with the morphology and the
idea in the research

A little play with nuances and arrows will

make the
graphics to integrate in the design, avoiding a
tiresome contrast.
