Las versiones del Sicoss no tienen importancia en la medida en que no se modifiquen la estructura del archivo
de importacin. Ante esta eventualidad, solicitar nuevo modelo de archivo de importacin.

Hoja Estructura
Contiene los nombres de campo y la longitud de cada uno. Son solo datos de referencia. Tendrn importancia
cuando haya alguna modificacin en los archivos de importacin. Cuando esto suceda, habr que analizar cada
nombre de campo y su longitud. De esta forma se podr identificar de manera simple qu campo ha sido
modificado o si se agreg alguno nuevo.
Cabe destacar que la estructura de archivo de importacin de retenciones que figura en la pgina de
Declaracin en Lnea est mal diseado. El fin de un campo y el inicio del siguiente debieran ser consecutivos,
sin embargo hay espacios en blanco. Esta situacin ha sido contemplado en la estructura y diseo del archivo.
Nota del autor: Agradecimiento especial a los desarrolladores de la AFIP. Sin la colaboracin de ellos,
seguramente nuestro trabajo sera mucho ms sencillo. Y no es un chiste.
Adicionalmente se ha agregado un cuadro resumen de las retenciones acumuladas por perodo.

Hoja MisRetenciones
En esta hoja deber copiarse la informacin bajada de MisRetenciones de la Seguridad Social.
El proceso es sencillo. Se baja la informacin a un archivo Excel y luego se copian los datos en la hoja
mencionada del archivo. Asegrese de no pisar las columnas coloreadas, ya que las mismas contienen frmulas
especficas. Si se arruinan, se arruinar el archivo.
La columna Periodo Declarado no es obligatoria. Es funcional cuando se baja las informacin completa de
MisRetenciones. En ese caso, deber indicarse en qu perodo se comput cada retencin. Utilice siempre el
primer da de cada mes, por ejemplo, para abril escriba 1/4, para mayo 1/5. Y de esta manera los acumulados
funcionarn adecuadamente.

Hoja Prosesos
Esta hoja contiene todas las frmulas necesarias para capturar los datos de la hoja MisRetenciones y tambin
convierte cada campo a formato TXT. No deben tocarse las frmulas ya que las mismas pueden arruinarse.
La hoja est preparada para trabajar hasta 200 registros. En caso de contener mayor informacin debern
copiarse las frmulas hacia abajo hasta la cantidad de registros necesarios. Tenga presente que si necesita ms
registros tambin debern copiarse hacia abajo las frmulas de la hoja MisRetenciones y de la hoja Exportar.

Hoja Exportar
La hoja Exportar contiene 2 columnas de control:
Columna Control: V indica que el registro est validado, que contiene la cantidad de caracteres correcto. Por el
contrario, F indica que el registro no est validado, por lo tanto en la columna Exportar la celda se ver vaca.
Columna Perodo a informar: Utilice los filtros de columna para indicar qu perodo desea informar. Al utilizar
el filtro, se filtrarn los registros del perodo deseado.
Una vez filtrado, copie las celdas de la columna Exportar nicamente al bloc de notas.
Aclaracin: puede ocurrir que la fecha se convierta mal. Esto podr observarse en la hoja Procesos, en la
columna K. Si visualiza por ejemplo, Martes0303, significa que la fecha se convirti mal al aplicarle el formato
texto.
Esto significa que hay una discrepancia entre el formato fecha del Excel y el Windows. Lo que debe hacer es
modificar la frmula de la columna K. Deber reemplazar la Y por la A.

El mtodo ms sencillo es pintar la columna K de la hoja Procesos y utilizar el comando Buscar y Reemplazar
(Ctrl + L) indicando que busque YYYY y lo reemplace por AAAA.
