is derived by taking the estimated rent price for each home and dividing it by the homes square
footage.

Median rent price ($) Median of the rental price for homes listed for rent on Zillow in a given
region

Homes for rent The number of homes for rent on Zillow.

Foreclosure re-sales (%) The percentage of home sales in a given month where the home was
foreclosed upon within the previous 12 months (e.g. sales of bank-owned homes after the bank
repossessed a home during a foreclosure).
