Password Reset Instructions

You will need to change your password before you will be able to access
SharePoint or get VPN access.
Your password will expire every 30 days. When this occurs you will have to
reset your password.
Your new password will have to meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 8 characters
Contain 1 uppercase letter
Contain 1 lowercase letter
Any 3 of these 4 criteria
Contain 1 special character
Contain 1 number
Cant be any or your previous 13 passwords

To reset your password go to HTTPS://webmail.ky.gov. For Domain\user

name: CHFS\FirstName.LastName. Enter your current password for
Password.
*You will not have access to webmail. This only to reset your password.
